I love my new home at Heritage Homes! It was definitely more than I expected in quality, character and location.  I am within 3 blocks of the Blue Line and steps away from a bus stop, and I can easily get to the downtown area within 15 minutes.  I enjoy my spacious deck and a plethora of upgrades, and overall, I can say that I am satisfied with my purchase. I am most impressed with the low cost of utilities for my home.  I would recommend that you take a look at a Heritage Homes if you are a first-time home buyer like me.  It’s a great beginning!


I viewed many homes throughout the City of Chicago, forty to be exact.  One day, I decided to take a drive to the Near West Side, and I came across a duplex building with some flare.  After viewing the model, I instantly knew Heritage Homes was the right place for me.

It’s true that most developers have incentives or fantastic deals to attract buyers.  However, I couldn’t pass up the generous square footage, along with a great floor plan and price, at Heritage Homes.  The final deal maker was that every home has a garage.  Sold!  Heritage Homes offers a nice variety of floor plans and options to bring out the decorator in you.  When I decided to purchase a home, I changed models at the last minute and it was no problem.  The team is dedicated to provide the best service and willing to go above and beyond.

I smile because same or similar floor plans in other areas of the city cost significantly more, and I managed to get the best deal at a great price.  If you visit Heritage Homes, you will not be disappointed.  When you walk in the sales center, you will immediately feel at home.

“My husband and I looked extensively at condos in the South Loop in the spring of ’07.  We exhausted the area and felt that much of what we looked at was either overpriced, too small, or that many of the units looked the same and there was nothing unique about them.”
